Following on from the last tip about the use of Sametime, I was asked about the loss of accountability with Sametime in that unlike email (where your sent email is stored) chat information is lost. 

With this in mind I thought it maybe useful to demonstrate how Sametime chats can be stored in your mail file (which can be searched along side your email using the 'All Documents' view), this video shows the steps.
