IBM have announced the release of Notes/Domino 9, below are a few of the new\enhanced features that have been added to the IBM Notes 9 client, including a short video and PDF

• New "Discover" Page, containing tutorials\videos
• See messages in your Inbox grouped by date, for example, "Today", "Yesterday", "Last Week", etc.
• Mail views now show abbreviated, simplified dates - for example, the current day's mail messages show only the time received.
• The first 100 characters of a mail message can be previewed directly from your Inbox view
• You can now simultaneously search your mail file and mail archive
• Reply to email via keyboard shortcut CTL + R
• Ability to click on a URL while email\document is in edit mode
• Instead of viewing only one entire month at a time, now you can scroll through the One Month view of the calendar 1 week at a time.
• The Weekly Planner view shows the days of the week in a two column format
• Calendar entries can now be colour coded by category.
• Single click access to Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Workspace
• New 'Find' option
• Mobile support for Blackberry 10 and Window 8
• IBM Notes Browser plug-in enables rapid delivery of IBM Notes applications to the web
