Today we are excited to announce our new version of Accident Incident Management System (AIMS), version 9.5 includes the following new features:

AIMS improvements

• You can now create an AIMS report via a web browser.
• AIMS now supports English + 5 additional languages.
• Ability for Safety Coordinators' to suspend a report
• A new search wizard to allow you to easily create complex searches.
• A new view 'by creator' - requested here.
• Work Order No. field is editable at the investigation stage - requested here.
• An option so that if the person creating the report is the same person as investigating we can override the investigator to be the Safety coordinator
An option to include the Date Closed on views
• AIMS Reminders are now sent in the recipients set language
• The ability to archive AIMS reports into a separate database.
• Change the sorting on status view, instead of alphabetical sorting, the status view now shows in the order of status - ie Closed at the bottom.
• Support for multiple Domino directories using one instance of AIMS.
• Slight performance improvement on the AIMS load time.

Action Management improvements

• If you assign an Action to an iNotes only user, they can complete the action via a web browser.
• Action reminders are now sent in your local language.
• When creating an Action a new preference to automatically select assigned to (saves one click per action).
• A new preference to automatically add people to your default assigned to list.

Employee improvements

• Ability to import employees from an MS Excel file.
• Ability to export the employee data to MS Excel.
• Ability to update employee records from Domino directory - If your company keeps the information in the Domino directory up-to-date (ie manager, phone number) it is now possible to set the Employee database to automatically update the information in the employee records.
