Job Overview:

We are a small friendly software development company based in Huddersfield.
This opportunity is perfect for a College Leaver/Apprentice, but everyone interested would be considered.

Ideally the candidate would have a strong general interest in IT, enthusiastic positive attitude, good analytical and problem-solving skills, basic understanding in HTML/web technologies, drive to learn, self-motivating and the ability to work within a team.

Role & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):

· 1st line diagnostics, phone calls and tickets

· Application/Software Testing

· General Office Duties ie: Answering Telephone

· Application Installation

· Diagnose Software Issues

Full training and support will be provided.

Desired qualifications:

5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English

Hours & Benefits:

· Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm / 35 hours per week

· 20 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

· Other training courses provided
