There maybe times when you want to add a number of emails to a collection of other documents (Excel, Word etc), perhaps all the files relate to the same project, there are a number of different ways to store\collate these files, but if you are keeping the files in a folder (on your PC or network) one way would be to export the email, this video shows you how to do this.
