New Features: 1. Witnesses, Involved Persons In version 9, you now have the option to change this to use the Employee database (rather than the Domino directory). 2. Contractor/Visitor company name You can now select options in the drop down or type in values. 3. Change Role Function When the Safety Coordinator use the 'Change role' function an email is now sent to newly assigned person. 4. Treatment Received The Treatment Received field should only be visible if the report is classified as an Accident. 5. Root Cause Analysis (A&P only) RCA fields should be visible if the category is Accident (regardless of A&P rating). RCA fields should be visible if the category is Incident unless one of the A&P ratings is low. 6. ‘Comments required my name’ view The Change Role function is now available from this view. 7. Show open actions by Site\Year\Month - (site will be based on the person assigned to the action) A new reporting view has been created to show the information. 8. Re-classification When the Safety Coordinator changes the classification from low to high, there is now an option to set the report to Under Investigation. 9. Open and Reinvestigate When the Safety Coordinator reopens a closed report they must provide a reason, this reason is included on the notification email. 10. Ability to re-classify a Near Miss as an AIMS report The Safety Coordinator can re-classify a Near Miss as an AIMS report, with the status of Under Investigation 11. Colour Coding on Columns Columns now show the colour coding of Actual & Potential values 12. Importing email into AIMS Ability to export an email from your mail file into AIMS and notify your colleagues
