Following on from this tip, Microsoft have started to release Internet Explorer 11 via Windows update. You may find that iNotes does not load correctly (similar to the issue with IE10).

You need to follow the below steps to make iNotes work in IE11 you need to carry out the following steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer 11
2. Log into iNotes.
3. Click the ALT key on her keyboard and this will bring a menu up
4. Click Tools > Compatibility View Settings
5. On the pop up box that appears (see below), make sure that your domain ie: mail.e-solutionsltd.com appears and then click Add
6. Refresh the web page (if it doesn't do it automatically), you should then be able to access webmail.
